Bobby Howe is the foundation and inspiration of Lullalee Productions. She is the mother, advisor and best friend of Lee Ann Butler-Owens

CEO and Founder of KMoms...One Thousand Mothers

In April 2000, "The Bobby Howe Library for Women in Transition" was founded.

Bobby began her career as a singer with the "Sights and Sounds of 1964" featuring Nat King Cole.

As a guest speaker over the years,  Bobby has held thousands captive with her own TV cable show Air' Parent and as talk show host on K.O.R.G, E. Presently, she is Director of Public Affairs for KTYM Radio and is on the Air Monday Thru Friday,

Bobby is the recipient of several awards, "Exemplary Leadership", "Community Service Awards", Certificates of Appreciation and recognition at the city, state and county level. In 1999, Bobby was selected "CORO of Southern California to the Tenth Class of Leadership -Southern California". In 2001, Bobby was honored  by "Our Authors Study Club as one of the "Women Who Make a Difference".

 Bobby has been published in several newspaper articles and magazines for her expertise in the community. One of her greatest accomplishments was in 1998 when she was appointed by Japan's ministry of foreign affairs and the Honorable Shotaro Yachi as an unofficial ambassador to Japan assisting in " Building Cultural Bridges". Bobby was appointed African American Media Chairperson by the United States of America Department of the Treasury in recognition of Patriotism, Integrity and Diligence.

Bobby serves as a board member for several organizations: Inglewood Coalition, L.I.F.E, The Cripple Children Society, Ability First,Angelus Plaza and Big Brothers. She is also an Advisory board member of the following organizations: Lullalee Productions, Urban League-for women only and Operation Hope.
